Management Committee Secretary (Club Trustee)

The role of management committee secretary also elevates you to a one of three Trustees of the club.

The main role is the preparation of the meeting agenda and distribution to the committee members, taking of the minutes at the meetings and then typeing them up and distributing to all relevant parties.
